Storage Permission: We require access to your device's storage/gallery. This is used for our Image-to-Text (OCR) feature, allowing you to upload images of medicine labels or prescriptions. We use Google Lens/Vision technology to scan and extract text from these images to help you find and order the right medicines.

Camera Permission: To allow you to take real-time photos of prescriptions or medicine packaging for instant scanning and text extraction.

Medicine Delivery & Order Fulfillment

Personal Data: We collect your delivery address and contact details to facilitate the accurate delivery of healthcare products.

Guest Access: We provide a guest checkout option where we collect only the necessary address and contact information required to fulfill that specific order.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and healthcare safety regulations:

Strict No-Return Policy: Once a medicine or healthcare item has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered orders. We request users to double-check their orders and prescriptions before confirming the purchase.
